"Our organization has worked with John Rison as our Technology Consultant for 6 years.  We had previously worked with several larger consulting companies and were unhappy with their customer service.  Working with John has been a very positive experience as he is both very knowledgeable and very responsive to our questions, concerns and technical issues.  Since we are a nonprofit, John ensures we use most cost effective equipment and services.
